Helen Tyson

Helen Tyson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Helen started their career as a Document Services Manager at Xerox Business Solutions in 1993 and worked there until 1999. From 1999 to 2003, they worked as a Trainer at Cotton Traders, then moved on to O2 (Telefónica UK) as a Trainer from 2003 to 2005. Helen then transitioned to the role of an E-learning Consultant at Everyday Financial Solutions from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they worked as a Training Team Leader at Clinical Solutions from 2008 to 2011. During this time, they also volunteered as a Retail Volunteer at Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care starting from 2011. From 2011 to 2018, they worked as an E-learning Consultant at Omniplex (Group) Ltd. Helen'smost recent position is as a Digital Learning Lead at iQ Student Accommodation, which they joined in 2018.

Helen Tyson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Management from Northumbria University, completing their studies between 1990 and 1993.
