Ira Leavens has worked in the business industry for over 30 years. In 1989, they began their career as a Marketing Research Analyst/Manager at The Orange County Register. In 2005, they moved to The San Diego Union-Tribune as the Group Research Manager, where they managed an annual research budget of $1.1 million. In 2007, they became President of Coastline Office Solutions, offering office supplies, office furniture, ink, toner and janitorial supplies. In 2020, they joined Office Advantage, Inc. as an Account Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as an Account Manager at IQ Total Source, where they offer customers office supplies, workplace wellness, PPE, janitorial & cleaning products, furniture, ink & toner, and more.
Ira Leavens received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from California State University-Long Beach's College of Business between 1986 and 1989. Prior to that, they attended UC Irvine from 1984 to 1986, studying Economics.
