Matt Sparks has worked in the analytics and data science recruiting field since 2003. Matt began their career as Co Owner of The Computer Consultant in 2003, then moved to Numeric LLC in 2004 as a Sr. Account Mgr / Recruiter, Analytics. In 2007, Matt became Managing Director, Analytics & Data Science Recruiting at IQ Workforce, where they provide retained, contingent and contract recruiting services for the engineering, analytics and data science communities. Their areas of expertise include analytics engineering & architecture, digital, marketing and customer analytics, advanced analytics & predictive modeling, data science & big data, AI & computer vision, consumer insights and market research, and business analytics.

Matt Sparks received their Bachelor of Science in eMarketing from Temple University.
