Tsholofelo Mokoape has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Tsholofelo started working as a Staff Nurse1 at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (Gen. Org.) from March 2011 to February 2013. Tsholofelo then joined Netcare as a Registered Nurse Scrub from April 2013 to April 2014. Following that, they worked at Fourways life hospital as a Registered Nurse Scrub from April 2014 to April 2016. Tsholofelo then joined Cure Day Clinics as a Registered Nurse from August 2016 to May 2018. Currently, they are working at Iqarus as an Operating Room Nurse, Anaesthetic Nurse, and Emergency Room nurse since July 2018.

Tsholofelo Mokoape attended Ann Latsky Nursing College from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a 4-year Nursing Diploma with a field of study in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.

Tsholofelo obtained their BOSIET certification from Grindrod Shipping Training Academy in November 2019. In May 2021, they completed the Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Experienced Provider (ACLS) and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) courses from ATA International Holdings.

Furthermore, in February 2020, they obtained the ITLS certification from ATA INTERNATIONAL.
