IQGeo is seeking an HR / Office Administrator to support business services for a fast-growing software company in Cambridge. This role is full-time with ideally 3-4 days/week in office (Monday-Thursday), flexible scheduling, private healthcare, life assurance, incapacity benefit, health cash plan etc.  Daily work may be project focused and/or switching gears quickly between requests. You’d be supporting smart, friendly, helpful and busy technologists and professionals, both locally and internationally.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Though part of the HR team, duties will include supporting all departments and external customers/vendors/visitors. A partial list of common activities include:

HR: onboarding new staff, offboarding, hiring, benefits administration, documentation (issuing offer letters, contracts and general letters), interview coordination and compliance

Management Team: Diary management and support for our CEO and CFO, credit card / expense management support, management meeting coordination and support.

Facilities: security passes, ordering office supplies, office management, meeting room coordination, shredding of important documents, guest/vendor coordination, health/safety/fire “warden”, maintaining and stocking the office fridge.

Events: office/staff events coordination (meetings, lunches/dinners, parties), ordering food and transportation.

Finance/Sales/Marketing/Customer Service Ops: projects and general support as requested.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office administration and is looking to expand their knowledge and experience.

Location:

Due to the nature of this role, it is expected that you would work from the office 3-4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) from our offices in central Cambridge.
