Jeffrey Mendoza

Jeffrey Mendoza is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in telecommunications and technology. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at iQor since November 2021, Jeffrey is responsible for service delivery in Telecom Business Support, Rebates, and Home Internet/Emerging Business Technical Support. Prior to iQor, Jeffrey held the role of Vice President of Operations at 24-7 Intouch, overseeing omni-channel and multi-language support for global brands in various industries. Jeffrey's career also includes leadership positions at Concentrix and ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO, where responsibilities encompassed managing operations across multiple regions and service channels. Earlier roles at Convergys involved performance maximization and continuous improvement initiatives. Jeffrey Mendoza holds a postgraduate degree in management from De La Salle University.
