Nicole Thomas

Nicole Thomas has over two decades of experience in recruitment and product management, currently serving as the Product/HRIS Director at iQor since July 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing global Employee Lifecycle systems and leading the product strategy for HR systems. Prior to this role, Nicole spent 15 years at Jabil, advancing from HR Generalist to Global Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, and successfully implemented the SuccessFactors Recruitment Module. Early career roles included contract recruiting at VeriFone and American Express, and technical recruiting at AeroTek/Maxim Group Consultants. Nicole holds a degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida.
