Rama Ong

Rama Ong is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at iQor since October 2015, Rama has previously held positions such as HR Specialist-Employee Relations at Transcom from May 2012 to October 2013 and Front Desk Office at Hinduja Global Solutions Inc. in early 2012. From February 2008 to May 2011, Rama excelled as a Talent Acquisition Specialist II at TeleTech. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Philippines (2002-2007) and a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from the University of San Agustin.
