Rod Spires

Rod Spires is an experienced operations leadership professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at iQor since January 2018, Rod has held key management roles including Country Manager for Advanced Health Media (AHM) and StarTek in the Philippines. Previously, Rod was Vice President of Operations at Sitel and Operations Director at Sykes. Rod's career began in the United States Air Force as an Avionics Technician, contributing a strong technical foundation. Educationally, Rod is pursuing further studies at Kaplan University and holds an Associate's Degree from the Community College of the Air Force, with additional studies at Minot State University.
