Ronald Gilliam

Ronald Gilliam is an experienced professional currently serving as SVP and Chief of Staff at iQor since December 2022. Previously, Ronald held the position of Chief of Staff at American Express from September 2018 to July 2022. At S&P Global, Ronald worked as Internal Communications Manager from August 2016 to September 2018, where leadership in evolving a corporate intranet platform for 25,000 global users led to a 90% adoption rate upon launch. Ronald's earlier experience includes serving as Digital Communications Manager at the Center for Southeast Asian Studies from August 2009 to July 2016, overseeing internal and external digital communications strategies. Ronald holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Theatre/Theater from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, a Master of Arts in Performance Studies from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Performance and Chinese Language from Butler University, alongside a Certificate in International Cultural Studies from East-West Center.
