Vicki Rivera, PMP, serves as the VP of IT Project Management at iQor since September 2014. Previously held positions include Business Relationship Manager at Covanta Energy, Global Business Manager at KPMG, and Senior Business Analyst, among others. Vicki has extensive experience in IT project management, business analysis, and relationship management across various industries, including finance, energy, and travel. With a strong focus on aligning IT projects with business needs and maximizing return on investment, Vicki has effectively led teams in project execution and change management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in IT Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Rutgers Business School.
