Jose de Francisco is a seasoned professional in design and innovation, currently serving as Global Design Director at EY Client Technology since July 2022, where the focus is on delivering digital services globally. Jose's experience includes leadership roles, such as Chair of the R&D World Summit since January 2022 and various advisory positions with IQPC, including involvement in Customer Management Practice and the Intelligent Enterprise Leaders Alliance. As Chief Designer at Nokia Software, from January 2016 to April 2022, Jose oversaw the Chicago Innovation Center and led initiatives in systems integration and digital transformation. In addition, Jose has shared expertise as a mentor at ArtCenter College of Design, participated in multiple IEEE conferences, and contributed to advisory boards at prestigious institutions such as MIT and Illinois Institute of Technology.
