Chris Murdock

Chris Murdock is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the recruiting industry. As Chief Sourcing Officer and Co-Founder of IQTalent Partners, Inc. since May 2009, Chris has been instrumental in providing innovative, commission-free talent acquisition solutions and promoting a shift from traditional, transactional agency-client relationships. Prior to this role, Chris served as an Executive Sourcer and Knowledge Manager at Yahoo! Inc. and held various positions at Heidrick & Struggles and TMP Worldwide, beginning with a Research Associate role. Chris earned a B.A. in History from Vanderbilt University in 1999.
