Diane Gallacher currently serves as the Group Chief People Officer at IQUW, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Diane was the Human Resources Director at Talbot, an AIG company, where responsibilities included setting and implementing the people plan in alignment with AIG's broader strategy, with an emphasis on culture, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Additionally, Diane was the Head of Talent, Performance, and Leadership at Validus Group, leading the development of the Global Talent Management Strategy and managing the entire employee lifecycle. Diane's earlier experience includes serving as a Partner at Kiddy & Partners, where bespoke leadership and talent programs were designed, and as a Principal Consultant at both Aon Consulting and Water for Fish. Diane began an earlier career as a violinist with the Royal Ballet Sinfonia. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Organisational Psychology from City, University of London, a BSc in Psychology from The Open University, and a GGSM from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama.
