Phil Zhang

Phil Zhang is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in application development and data analytics. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at IQVIA since May 2013, Phil has also held the positions of Senior Director of Global Deployment and Director of Application Development within the organization. Prior experience includes roles at IMS Health as Director of Application Development, Data Analytics, and Business Intelligence, and at SDI Health and Verispan in various leadership and technical positions. Phil holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Saint Joseph's University, completed between 1995 and 1998.
