Francesca Arbitani

Francesca Arbitani's work experience begins with an internship at Sharing Life Onlus in 2010, followed by an internship in the Human Resources Department at Emergency NGO from December 2010 to January 2012. After that, they worked as a Consultant at Mission Continuity from February 2012 to January 2014, where they provided assistance to small nonprofit organizations in various areas such as communications, fundraising, project management, and events. Francesca'srole at Bocconi University as an Annual Giving Manager lasted from January 2014 to January 2019, where they were responsible for creating and implementing fundraising plans, generating reports and budgets, and driving the communication plan for fundraising. Currently, they hold the position of Country Manager at iRaiser since February 2019.

Francesca Arbitani has an extensive education history. In 2001, they obtained a diploma from Liceo Scientifico Leonardo Da Vinci in Casalecchio di Reno, Bologna. Francesca then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relationships from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, which they completed in 2006.

After their Bachelor's degree, Francesca obtained a Master's degree in Management of Non-profit Organizations from SDA Bocconi in 2010. Francesca furthered their education in 2013 by completing a Master's degree in Fundraising from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.

In 2018, Francesca attended Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, where they focused on Developing Annual Sustainability, although no degree is specified for this program.

Francesca's pursuit of knowledge continued in 2019 when they enrolled in the Talent Garden Innovation School to complete a Master's degree in Digital Transformation. Francesca completed this program in the same year.

Most recently, in 2022-2023, Francesca attended the Talent Garden Innovation School once again, this time pursuing a Master's degree in Digital Sustainability.

In addition to their formal education, Francesca obtained a certification in the Skillando Italian Tour in May of 2021 from Skillando.
