Tom Zemek has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Tom started their career in 1996 at Strong Capital Management, where they worked as a Software Engineer, developing systems for the Retirement Plan Services division. Tom served as a lead developer, collaborating with other developers and business representatives to define requirements, design, build, test, and implement solutions. Tom also worked in the Account Services department, processing new account applications and handling customer transactions.

In 2005, Tom joined Wells Fargo, where they held various roles, including Business Systems Consultant, Product Analyst, and Business Analyst. During their time at Wells Fargo, they worked closely with the team to analyze and improve business processes and systems. Tom stayed with the company until 2020.

In 2020, Tom joined Principal Financial Group as a Product Owner, responsible for managing the development and delivery of products. Tom worked in this role for two and a half years, until October 2022.

Most recently, in 2023, Tom joined IRALOGIX as a Project Manager. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects to ensure successful outcomes.

Tom Zemek attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Computer Systems.
