Tom Burchell

Tom Burchell is an experienced audio professional with a diverse background in sound production and education. Currently serving as a freelance Sound Supervisor for Iran International since September 2021, Tom has previously held the position of Audio Production Tutor/Lecturer at Goldsmiths, University of London from November 2022 to August 2023. Tom's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at BBC News as Senior Studio Manager and Craft Lead, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, training, and collaboration with management on technology and operational skills. Tom holds an MA in Audio Production from the University of Westminster and a degree in Music and History from Keele University.
