Major Incident Manager at Irdeto

Ashesh Tripathi has worked at multiple companies in various roles throughout their career. Ashesh started their career at Westpac in 2013 as an Environment Specialist and remained there until 2017. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at HSBC Mexico as a Cloud Process Consultant and then moved on to Westpac again, this time as a Cloud ServiceNow Engineer. In 2019, they joined The Open University as an ITSM Specialist. In 2020, they joined ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as an Azure DevOps Engineer, where they were responsible for testing Java applications and implementing testing tools. In 2021, they joined KONE as a Cloud IT Operations employee, and they are currently working at Irdeto as a Major Incident Manager.

Ashesh Tripathi completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University from 2008 to 2012. In addition, Ashesh Tripathi obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2022 and the AZ-900 Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in February 2021.
