Igor Petrenko has a diverse and extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Igor started their career in 1988 as a Developing Laboratory Engineer at Ufa Telecommunication Equipment Plant. Igor then moved on to work as a Service Department Engineer at Ukrainian International Long Distance Carrier from 1989 to 1992. Following that, they worked as an ASTEL Technical Consultant at Ukrainian Ministry of Telecommunications from 1992 to 1995. Igor then served as the CTO at Samtel from 1995 to 1999. After that, they worked as a Technical Account Manager at Flash Horizon Inc from 2000 to 2003. Igor then joined Zhone Technologies as a Territory Manager / Systems Engineer from 2003 to 2008. Currently, they are working at Irdeto as a Pre-sales Engineer, CIS, since 2008. At Irdeto, their responsibilities include preparing RFP/RFI responses, directing solutions demonstrations and trials, and providing technical feedback to product and marketing departments. Igor Petrenko's experience encompasses a wide range of roles and responsibilities, making him a valuable asset in the telecommunications industry.

Igor Petrenko obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Electronics from Ufa Aviation University, where they studied from 1983 to 1988.
