Jemma Johns

Jemma Johns serves as Chief People Officer at Irdeto since November 2022, leading HR strategy in a company specializing in digital platform cybersecurity. Previously, Jemma held significant roles at Prosus Group as Vice President of People and Vice President of Group HR Operations, overseeing HR services for over 20,000 employees globally. Additional experience includes serving on the board of Royal HaskoningDHV, and as Chief People Officer at Irdeto in an earlier role. Jemma's extensive background at Hewlett-Packard included leadership in cloud HR initiatives and global talent acquisition. Jemma holds a Fellowship from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and corporate governance training from INSEAD.
