Caner Limoncu

Caner Limoncu serves as the Global Head of Rewards at Irdeto since June 2021, where responsibilities include developing and executing global Total Rewards strategies in alignment with corporate objectives across multiple regions. Previous experience includes roles as Total Rewards Manager and Senior Total Rewards Specialist, managing compensation programs and pay-equity audits across various countries. Prior to Irdeto, Caner worked at KPMG as Compensation and Benefits Assistant Manager and at Anadolu Efes in multiple HR roles, focusing on workforce planning and budgeting. Earlier career experience includes positions at ERGO Group AG, Koç University, and Ege Seramik. Caner holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Istanbul Bilgi University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Koç University, along with additional credentials in Organizational Psychology.
