Jennifer Gaylord has over 14 years of work experience. Jennifer began their career in 2006 as an Associate Attorney at Askounis & Borst, PC, where they worked until 2008. Jennifer then joined Borst & Collins, LLC as a Senior Associate Attorney from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, they joined Irdeto, initially as a Legal Affairs Associate and later became the Director of Legal Affairs, responsible for transactional drafting and negotiating of software technology license agreements. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Director of Legal Affairs and then became the Head of Legal - Americas and Legal Compliance Officer in 2020. Jennifer's expertise lies in legal compliance, contract negotiation, and managing legal affairs within the technology industry.
