Lauranne Schellekens

Lauranne Schellekens currently serves as the Head of HR at Ireckonu, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this, Lauranne was a Senior HR Business Partner at Teamleader, where responsibilities included partnering with senior leadership to translate business strategy into people initiatives from June 2022 to November 2024. Lauranne's experience also includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Nmbrs BV, focusing on employee journey and HR policy development, as well as HR consultancy at ARBEID-Totaal, supporting SMEs in performance management and labor law. Earlier roles included project management and quality oversight at 2Contact and positions at Peperclip and UWV as a junior HR consultant and intern. Lauranne holds a Master's degree in Sociology and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences respectively.
