Frank C.

Frank C. has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Building Services Associate for the NYC Department of Education. In 2010, they joined the Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. as a Human Resources and Benefits Associate. From 2013 to 2015, Frank worked at Dealertrack as a Human Resources Benefits & Wellness Administrator. Frank then moved on to the New York Daily News, where they served as the Manager of Human Resources and Total Rewards from 2015 to 2017. During this time, Frank increased employee engagement and managed benefit plans in compliance with regulations. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at the Tribune Publishing Company as the Manager of HR Talent Engagement, where they identified opportunities and implemented programs in training, compensation, and employee orientation. In 2018, Frank became the Human Resources Manager for the Northeast Region at Havas Health & You, where they enhanced work efficiency by providing managerial assistance and identifying training needs. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Systemax. In 2022, Frank joined Moon Rabbit as the Director of People & Culture. In 2023, they transitioned to the role of Global Human Resources Executive Director at both iResearch Services and TechInformed.

Frank C. graduated from Le Moyne College in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Frank later pursued a Master of Human Resources Management degree from Southern New Hampshire University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Syracuse University. Frank C. received their high school education from Valley Stream South High School, where they earned a Regents Diploma.
