Gerron Cooper, M.Sc, BCBA, LBA has worked in various roles since 2014. From 2014-2016, they were an Engage and Service Learning Associate at Dan River Year, an Intern at Echo Joint Agreement, and a Behavior Therapist at Clearbrook. In 2016, they became Program Director at The Arc of Loudoun, where they identified, proposed, and implemented individualized goals for clients based on assessment data, and performed risk assessments which led to a decrease in client behaviour by 40% YTD. In 2019, they became Director of Behaviour Management at Monument Academy Public Charter School, where they conducted an analysis of its intervention behavior policy, and collaborated with multiple departments to gather information on behaviors. From 2022 onwards, they are a Member at The3Skills, Dean of Special Populations at Digital Pioneers Academy, Business & Behavioural Analyst at IREX.ai, and Director of School Culture and Student Support at YouthBuild Public Charter School.
Gerron Cooper, M.Sc, BCBA, LBA has an extensive education history. Gerron obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from Averett University between 2010 and 2014. Gerron then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology between 2015 and 2017. Gerron is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Hult International Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Prior to their college education, Gerron attended Temple Christian High School from 1998 to 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, Gerron also holds certifications in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention from Cornell University, obtained in May 2019, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), and Non Profit Management from Duke University.
