Jill Miller

Jill Miller is an impact-driven leader and collaborator with over 20 years of experience in global development. Her passion for innovation, learning and talent development comes from leading programs around the world and seeing first-hand how strong learning strategies, approaches, and mindsets lead to innovation, growth, and greater impact.

In her current capacity as director of the Center for Applied Learning and Impact at IREX, Jill leads a team that maximizes IREX's impact through strategic research, evaluation, and learning, and the development of cutting-edge approaches and tools with a specific emphasis on equity and inclusion. The team collaborates across the organization to integrate learning and innovation in programs and proposals and produces externally focused thought leadership content to influence the global development sector.
