Becky Calwell Edd

Becky Calwell, EdD, currently serves as a Senior Manager at Jobs for the Future (JFF) since August 2021, focusing on the expansion of registered apprenticeships and pre-apprenticeships while enhancing equity in advanced manufacturing. Prior to this role, Becky worked as a Program Manager at the Robert C Byrd Institute from May 2014 to August 2021, where responsibilities included expanding registered apprenticeships in advanced manufacturing. Becky's editorial experience includes serving as an Editor for e-WV: The West Virginia Encyclopedia at the West Virginia Humanities Council from October 2010 to November 2013. Earlier in their career, from 1987 to 2010, Becky was a News Editor, copy editor, and reporter for the Charleston Daily Mail. Education credentials include a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Leadership Studies from Marshall University (2005-2014) and a Bachelor’s degree in English and History from DePauw University (1983-1987).
