Jennifer Tonge

Jennifer Tonge, SPHR, currently serves as the Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at Iridium since February 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Director, People Business Partner at Zovio from October 2018 to February 2022, when Zovio was known as Bridgepoint Education. Jennifer's career also includes significant roles at the University of Phoenix as Human Resources Business Partner Manager, where strategic HR support was provided to senior leaders in a contact center environment, and at US Airways, where management of absence and drug and alcohol testing functions was undertaken. At US Airways, Jennifer also partnered with various departments, including Flight Operations, on labor relations issues. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Customer Relations at America West Airlines, managing a large contact center team. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University.
