Rasheeda James, MAOL

Rasheeda James, MAOL, has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Rasheeda is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Client Services at Americor, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Operations at Iris starting from July 2022.

From 2016 to 2022, Rasheeda worked at Freedom Financial Network where they held multiple roles. Rasheeda started as the Operations Director, responsible for managing daily operations of the Settlement Operation team and supervising 90 staff. Rasheeda then became the Director of Community Events and Culture before transitioning to the role of Senior Manager, Client Services.

Before that, they worked at Conn's HomePlus from 2013 to 2016 as the Senior Manager, Third Party Collections/Training. In this role, they managed a significant portfolio and supervised a large team of internal and external associates.

From 2007 to 2013, Rasheeda held various positions at Kohl's Department Stores, including Assistant Manager of Contact Center Multi-Channel Sales and Service, Assistant Manager of Contact Center Risk Management Operations, Sr. Coordinator of Risk Management Operations, Sr. Coordinator of Card Services, and Coordinator of Card Services. Rasheeda demonstrated their skills in vendor management, onboarding programs, and improving performance during their time at Kohl's.

Rasheeda's career started in 2001 at US Cellular-Answer Wireless, where they worked as a Coach until 2007. Throughout their career, Rasheeda has consistently taken on new challenges and demonstrated strong leadership skills in diverse industries.

Rasheeda James, MAOL, holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Servant and Global Leadership from the Gonzaga University School of Leadership Studies. Rasheeda completed this program in 2019. Prior to their master's degree, Rasheeda earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Marquette University in 2008.
