Michael Wolven

Michael Wolven, PhD has extensive experience in refugee and immigrant services, having worked as a Systems Manager at IRIS and previously as a Resettlement Expert with UNHCR. Prior to these roles, Michael served as a Trainings Manager with Adventist Development and Relief Agency and as a Youth Program Manager at RefugeeOne. With a PhD in History of Humanitarianism from the University of Glasgow, Michael's academic background also includes a Master's Degree in International Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies from Ohio University and Washington State University respectively.
