Medical Director of Acute Care Services at Iris Telehealth

As Medical Director of Acute Care Services, Dr. Marie DiDario oversees provider performance and is responsible for provider education around Iris Telehealth’s On-Demand Services and emergency departments and is closely involved in implementing these services with new partners. Additionally, Dr. DiDario interviews all providers interested in delivering the On-Demand Services and handles all NP supervision. Dr. DiDario received her undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton, majoring in neuroscience and philosophy, and attended medical school at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in General Psychiatry and fellowship in Consultation-Liaison psychiatry at The Institute of Living at Hartford Hospital, where she was the chief resident. Dr. DiDario is mother to two sets of twins, is an avid hockey fan, and is a classically trained pianist.
