Conor Allen

Conor Allen is currently an advisor at the Irish Technology Leadership Group. Prior to this, they worked as a project manager at Radiance Energy Corporation from February 2019 to July 2020. There, they were responsible for managing the delivery of turnkey solutions from project initiation through to closure, supervising the Client Care department, and overseeing the Supply Chain Management team's procurement and logistics.

Some of Conor's key professional achievements include: successfully managing and coordinating a project portfolio with a combined value of over $6,700,000; achieving a profit margin of 35% or higher on each project; reducing clients' site energy consumption by an average of 73% per project; securing over $1,300,000 in energy conservation rebates on behalf of our clients; establishing a Client Care department which reduced response time for incoming client requests by over 80%; rebranding Radiance's extended maintenance contract to the 'Client Care Plus' membership, generating additional revenue and enticing long-term customer loyalty through a more customer friendly and focused approach; conducting a post-project energy report for a high profile government client (project value of $2,400,000); and organising and systematising all warehouse inventory (product valued over $250,000).
