Sam Jablansky

Community Sports Club Project Coordinator at Irish Wheelchair Association

Sam Jablansky is an experienced sports and community project coordinator currently serving as the Community Sports Club Project Coordinator at the Irish Wheelchair Association since February 2019. Previously, Sam was a founding member of the TerpAccess Disability Network, contributing to the development of the Disability Awareness and Advocacy Training, and organized significant events like the Special Olympics Walk. Earlier roles include Assistant General Manager for the Silver Spring-Takoma Thunderbolts, where responsibilities included managing interns and overseeing game day operations, and a brief internship at Achieve Physical Therapy & Performance Enhancement, which involved research and a presentation on rehabilitation methods. Sam holds a Master's degree in Coaching Science in Sport from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland.
