Chung Tran

Head of Ho Chi Minh office at IriTech

Chung Tran has been working in the IT and software development industry since 2003. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Software Engineer at ELCA Informatique SA / ELCA Informatik AG, where they participated in developing source codes for projects, analyzed requirements, and created detail designs for modules. Chung then moved on to Intelligent Computing Research Lab, MyongJi University, Korea, where they worked as a Researcher from 2004 to 2006. During this time, they assisted on research and development of neural network algorithms and their applications on data mining, information retrieval, time series prediction, and pattern recognition. Chung also innovated many neural network algorithms and applied them to image classification, electric load forecasting, and multimedia applications. In 2006, they began working as a Research Engineer at Techsphere, where they conducted many researches on hand vascular recognition algorithms, participated in developing new algorithm, and optimized source code for performance improvement. In 2008, they became the Head of the Ho Chi Minh office at Iritech, Inc., where they are currently responsible for all activities of the office including IT, software development, marketing, and business development.

Chung Tran received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology between 1998 and 2003. Chung then went on to receive a Master's degree in Computer Science from Myongji University between 2004 and 2006.
