Erica Mayr has over 15 years of experience in customer service and sales. Erica began their career in 2004 as a Retail Sales Representative and Deputy Store Manager at C&A. In 2007, they moved to UniCredit Bank Austria AG as a Client Relationship Manager. In 2013, they joined Pfanner Austria Schutzbekleidung as a Sales Executive. In 2014, they were a Renewal Support Agent and Assistant Administrator at Symantec. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Micro Focus in various roles, including Inside Sales Representative ISV and Enterprise Business Representative. Since 2019, they have been a Customer Success Manager and Account Executive at Planview, Inc. and in 2023, they joined IriusRisk as a Customer Success Manager.

Erica Mayr attended Tourismusschulen Bludenz from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Tradeswoman degree in Accountig and Controlling, Gastronomy, Business/ and national economics, Spanish, and French. Prior to that, they attended Gymnasium Schillerstrasse from 1999 to 2003 and obtained A Levels in various fields. In April 2007, they also obtained a Cambridge Certificate in Business English (ESOL) from Cambridge English Language Assessment.
