George Arsenakos

George Arsenakos has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. George is currently working as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at IriusRisk since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Veracode as a Customer Success Manager (Security Program Manager) from April 2020 to October 2022, where they maintained strong relationships with clients and educated them on the benefits of Veracode solutions.

From 2019 to 2020, George worked at GlobalData Plc as a Customer Success Manager. Here, they managed multiple global accounts and built strategic relationships with senior stakeholders. George worked closely with the sales team to monitor retention and maximize renewal rates. George also focused on establishing client adoption of GlobalData's B2B Martech software across various industries.

Before that, George worked at Vista Entertainment Solutions as a Customer Success Manager from June 2017 to August 2019. George managed client accounts in the EMEA region, ensuring customer retention and achieving performance targets. George also assisted customers in improving the use of Vista Cinema products.

George's earlier experience includes roles at Panik Entertainment Group where they served as a Business Development & Sales Manager from September 2015 to June 2017. Prior to that, they held positions such as Digital Marketing & Account Manager and Media Account Coordinator & Marketing Communication Assistant at the same company. During their time at Panik Entertainment Group, George focused on digital distribution, digital marketing, sales, market share improvement, and media and promotional operations.

George also worked as a Business Consultant - ERP Software Support at UniSystems from December 2010 to November 2011. George started their career at the National Bank of Greece as an IT Assistant in the Department of Programming from September 2008 to February 2009.

George Arsenakos completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management at Alba Graduate Business School from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate degree in Informatics and Telecommunications, specializing in Computer Science, from 2003 to 2009 at Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
