Jennifer Mauger has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Jennifer started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Parata Systems in 2005, where they were responsible for upgrading and redesigning the company's core technology. Jennifer also worked as a Reliability Test Engineer, designing test plans and methodology, analyzing results, and preparing reports.
In 2008, Jennifer joined Applied Research Associates, Inc. as a Senior Engineer. Here, they served as the lead engineer for an augmented reality helmet mounted soldier system project on a DARPA contract. Jennifer collaborated with the project manager to plan, budget, and perform on a $1 million task.
Since 2014, Jennifer has been associated with iRobot. Jennifer began as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and gradually advanced to higher positions. Jennifer led the development of a shared cleaning system for i7 and e5/6 robots. Their responsibilities included injection molded part design, approval of FAIs, coordination of engineers, assembly line setup, and specification of production line tests.
Currently, Jennifer holds the position of ME Manager and Sr. Principal Mechanical Engineer at iRobot, showcasing their expertise in mechanical engineering and management.
Jennifer Mauger has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University. Jennifer also holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University. Prior to their higher education, they completed Honors/AP courses at Mayfield High School. In addition to their degrees, Jennifer has obtained the certification of Certified Engineer-in-Training from the Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Board in June 2002. Jennifer is also pursuing the Professional Engineer certification from the North Carolina Board of Engineering and Land Surveying.
