Kelley J. Williams

Kelley J. Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management, consulting, and education, currently serving as a Product Manager at Raft since March 2022, where responsibilities include managing project roadmaps and client engagement for federal contracts. Presently a CBRNE Consultant at Qal-Tek Associates and an adjunct faculty member at Wright State University, Kelley has contributed to graduate education and professional training on chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense. Prior military service as a US Army Officer involved leadership roles on WMD Civil Support Teams, with key achievements in project management and operational excellence. Kelley's academic credentials include a PhD in Emergency Management from Capella University and multiple master’s degrees, enhancing expertise in management, microbiology, and combating weapons of mass destruction.
