Aditya Udas

Aditya Udas is the VP, Global Head of Strategic Deals and Channel Alliances at Iron Mountain. Prior to this, they were the Managing Principal at Capco from January 2013 to November 2020. Aditya has also served as a trusted adviser with strong client relationships built by successful delivery of engagements resulting in year over year revenue growth of over 300% for 4 years in a row.

Udas has extensive experience in leading the digital transformation strategy for a community bank across consumer, small business and commercial lending. Aditya has also performed organizational redesign and developed technology strategy and roadmap for a non-depository mortgage originator to reduce SG&A costs by 15%. In addition, they led the data integration strategy and governance roadmap for the outsourcing of the issuance, bond administration and disclosures of mortgage backed securities to a third-party platform to comply with a $1B multiyear federal mandate requiring the upgrade in mortgage banking technology and infrastructure.

Aditya has also successfully produced current state assessment of a large-scale data transformation program, defined the target operating model and acted as product manager to build out the Loan and Security Master converting a portfolio of 10.3M loans and 260K securities, totaling $5B in collateralized assets with <0.01% error margin. Udas has also driven gap analysis effort and made future state application portfolio rationalization recommendations based on changing data requirements for finance, tax, modeling and accounting functions for a major capital markets client resulting in long term cost optimization

Aditya Udas has a Master of Science in Information Management from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

They are on a team with Nicole Reineke - Vice President of Innovation, Deborah Marson - EVP, General Counsel & Secretary, and Mark Kidd - EVP & GM Data Centers. Aditya Udas reports to William Meaney, President & CEO.
