David Pope

David Pope is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global compensation, benefits, and performance management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Iron Mountain since June 2025, David oversees all aspects of compensation and HR M&A activities. Previously at Digital Realty from 2016 to 2024, David held the position of Vice President and Global Head of Total Rewards & People Services, managing global compensation and benefits across 24 countries. At Wells Fargo, from 2012 to 2016, David established and led the International Compensation team, supporting over 20,000 employees in 42 countries. David's earlier experience includes a role as Managing Director and Global Chief Administrative Officer at BlackRock, as well as positions at Pacific Gas and Electric Company and the US Navy. David holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Golden Gate University.
