Phil Shepley

Phil Shepley is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as VP & Head of Commercial for the UK & Ireland at Iron Mountain, Phil has held significant positions including Vice President & General Manager for UK, Ireland & Northern Europe at Paradigm Housing Group, and Non Executive Director at The Grichan Partnership. Previous roles include Managing Director at Petrys Limited, Chief Operating Officer for Government & Defence at Carillion, and Managing Director for both Corporate & Government Services and Engineering Services at Carillion. Phil Shepley holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Information Systems Engineering from Imperial College London, completed between 1992 and 1995, and attended Watford Boys' Grammar School from 1984 to 1991.
