Rachel Jerams

Rachel Jerams is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources roles across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of HR Business Partnerships for Data Centers at Iron Mountain since December 2016, Rachel has played a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth strategy in North America, EMEA, and APAC. Prior to this, Rachel held several crucial positions at Iron Mountain, including HR Director for the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, overseeing HR execution for approximately 2,000 employees, and Director of HR Business Partner for UK & Ireland, managing HR services for around 1,800 employees. Rachel's previous experience includes leadership roles at Recall as Head of Human Resources (UK), and at Bureau Veritas, DHL Supply Chain, and Howard Jackson. Educational qualifications include a BSc (HONS) in Psychology & Social Sciences from Nottingham Trent University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Development from the University of Northampton.
