Rashmi Mulchandani

Rashmi Mulchandani currently serves as the Head of Compensation for India, Greater China, South East Asia, and ANZ at Iron Mountain, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Rashmi worked as a Global Compensation Consultant at VMware and held various positions at Cisco, Convergys, Satyam, Oracle, and NIIT Ltd., accumulating extensive experience in compensation and HRM-IT implementations. Educationally, Rashmi holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Karnatak University, complemented by studies at Stanford University.
