Rima D. has extensive experience in human resources, holding senior roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Rima serves as Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Iron Mountain. Prior to this, Rima held various director and associate director positions at BD, including roles focused on human resources for Medical Management Solutions and Medical Device Solutions, as well as an Associate Director role. Rima's experience also includes a tenure as Senior Human Resources Manager at Philips Consumer Lifestyle and as Human Resources Business Partner - Manager at Coca-Cola Refreshments. Rima began the career journey at Marsh, where roles included Human Resources Generalist, AVP, and HR Coordinator, along with project coordination responsibilities. Rima holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology/Managerial Relations from St. Thomas Aquinas College.
