Shan Pandian

Shan Pandian is the Head of Global Service Delivery at Iron Systems. Shan has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on infrastructure support and end user computing.

Shan began their career at Wipro Technologies in 2000 as a Team Lead and Site Manager. Shan was quickly promoted to Project Manager and Delivery Manager, and then to Program Manager in 2011. In this role, they oversaw the Wipro-Global Command Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, providing remote infrastructure support for customers across the APAC region.

In 2012, Shan was promoted to Senior Program Manager and transferred to Wipro’s US operations. Shan oversaw the End User Services team, comprising 150+ resources at US sites and 30+ at offshore locations in India. Shan was responsible for managing the Service Desk, as well as demand management projects.

In 2018, Shan was promoted to Program Director and transferred to Wipro’s India operations. In this role, they oversaw the End User Services team, comprising 150+ resources at US sites and 30+ at offshore locations in India. Shan was responsible for managing the Service Desk, as well as demand management projects.

In 2021, Shan joined Iron Systems as the Head of Global Service Delivery. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services to Iron Systems’ customers worldwide.

Shan Pandian completed their undergraduate degree in computer science from Madras University in Chennai, India. They then went on to complete a masters in business administration with a focus in information technology from the same school. After working in the IT industry for several years, Shan decided to pursue additional certifications in cloud computing from Microsoft and Amazon Web Services. They are now a certified Azure Fundamentals and AWS Cloud Practitioner, and also hold a certification from Wipro as a Program Manager.
