Partner Operations Overview:
The Partner Operations Manager is a new role on the Customer Success Strategy & Operations team, which is focused on driving efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation across the broader Customer Success & Partnerships Departments. With a keen understanding of the Ironclad GTM and Partnerships Strategy, the Partner Ops Manager will focus on standing up new processes, systems, reporting, and operating cadences that are critical to ensuring a consistent, scalable, and positive partner strategy for all the different types of Ironclad partners. With this role being the first of its kind on the team, we’re looking for a teammate who is a strategic thinker, has an ability to roll up their sleeves and get stuff done, and exhibits a ship, shipmate, self mentality.
Benefits:
Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
