You will:

  • Oversee day-to-day execution of sales/business development enablement programs, including programmatic design, content curation/creation, delivery, and ongoing optimization
  • Partner with sales/business development leaders to implement, maintain, and provide training on agreed upon core competencies (skills, tools, product, process, methodology)
  • Design, create and execute skills certification programs and conduct regular activity and ability assessments for the BDR audience in partnership with leadership
  • Support initiative-based learning (e.g., introductions of new products, messaging, techniques, playbooks) as a field enthusiast and subject matter specialist for BDRs
  • Share best practices and standardize approaches for SDRs/BDRs to uncover and qualify new opportunities across our target market
  • Build strategic relationships with Business Development leaders, Sales leaders, Marketing leaders, and reps
  • Partner with Enablement team members to ensure alignment and drive exceptional world class customer experience
  • Facilitate regular pipe gen working sessions which includes account planning, email writing, cold calling and all other prospecting activities
  • Demonstrate ability to make complex topics easy to understand for different audiences
  • Communication skills as it relates to stakeholder management, program management along with training and post-training
  • Set program goals, measuring results/KPIs of the program and documenting success - including analyzing program feedback and delivering metrics to leadership team
  • Manage sales engagement platform in partnership with BDR and Marketing leadership
  • Manage and oversee content within the learning management system (LMS)

You Have:

  • Minimum 1 year enablement experience plus 2 years of outbound or closing experience
  • Experience in delivering presentations and training, both in-person and virtually
  • Group facilitation skills; running workshops, role plays and hands-on learning
  • A passion for working with Sales, Marketing, and BDR teams
  • Experience at a high growth SaaS company
  • A highly motivated, self-starter, problem solving attitude
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills; positive, flexible
  • Highly organized, great attention to detail, and deadline driven
  • Relationship builder and culture driver
  • Experience using and managing enablement tech stack (CMS, LMS, CRM, Call Recording, etc.)

Base Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
