Alex Booth

Alex Booth currently serves as the Head of Global Professional Services at Ironclad since May 2024. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Director of Professional Services at Talkdesk from November 2021 to May 2024, and was the Senior Manager of Professional Services at Zendesk from January 2018 to November 2021, where Alex was recognized as the Global Professional Services Manager of the Year in 2021. Earlier experience includes roles at Epic between July 2012 and December 2017, where Alex was the Lead Installer and Implementation Director, managing a team of over 200 personnel and overseeing the implementation of patient access software. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
