Grace Waycott

Grace (Petro) Waycott is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at Ironclad since November 2025, Grace previously held the same title at Adyen, where support was provided to commercial functions in North America. At Plaid, from November 2018 to March 2025, Grace significantly contributed as a Program Manager in Performance Enablement, where a performance enablement strategy was developed, and as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting diverse areas such as Go-To-Market and Business Operations. Earlier experience includes a role as an HR Coordinator at PAN Communications. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Woman and Gender Studies from Boston College.
